Information submitted through the site
The website is hosted and operated through Theo. If you submit a general inquiry, the information you provide is processed through Theo's form service so that the office can receive and respond to it. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the ordinary contact form.
If you schedule an initial consultation, the booking information you provide is processed by Cal.com. Cal.com receives the details needed to arrange the appointment.
Information from inquiries and scheduling is used to respond to the request, assess whether the matter may be a fit for the practice, arrange a consultation, and maintain appropriate firm records. It may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate those functions. It is retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or a client relationship begins.
Communications and document transfer
- Tresorit Send. The office uses Tresorit Send for secure document transfer when appropriate. Documents sent through that service are processed and stored by Tresorit under its service terms and privacy practices.
- Tuta. The office uses Tuta for email communications. Correspondence sent or received through that service may be processed by Tuta.
Secure transfer is available where appropriate. Contact with the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the ordinary website form should not be used for sensitive details or documents.
Privacy Policy
The site uses Fathom Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Fathom is configured as a non-cookie analytics service. The site also uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website use. Analytics providers process information under their own privacy practices.
Analytics information is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content and operation. The site does not sell inquiry information.
